I founded Ascent Governance & Advisory to bring a more integrated, practical approach to governance and strategy. Too often, governance is treated as a framework rather than a driver of decision-making, and strategy is developed without full alignment to how organizations actually operate.
My work focuses on connecting these elements—helping boards and leadership teams navigate complexity, strengthen how they engage, and make better decisions. I am particularly drawn to environments that are evolving or under pressure, where thoughtful governance and clear judgment matter most.
